　　Experimental method: 1. The liver cancer cell line was injected into the tail vein to establish a nude mouse liver cancer metastasis model. After 10 days of injection, the lung tissue was taken for live imaging to detect lung metastasis. 2. Judge the model by analyzing the pathological HE staining of the tumor.
