Disease introduction: Traumatic spinal cord injury is a common disease in spinal surgery. The high disability rate is mostly due to the cascading secondary injury after acute injury, and its pathophysiological process involves multiple links and multiple levels.

Experimental animals: BALB/c mice (6-8 weeks)

Experimental method: 1. After anesthesia, the model mouse was fixed prone, using the ribs as the positioning mark, exposing the T9~T10 spine, removing the spinous process and lamina, exposing the spinal cord and keeping it intact, and placing a thin plastic gasket on the spinal cord. 2. Use a Kirschner wire to freely fall vertically along the catheter and hit the gasket. The mouse had a tail-wagging reflex during the blow, and both lower limbs fluttered. After waking up, the lower limbs were slowly paralyzed. 3. Pathological HE staining judgment model.
