Disease introduction: OM is a common disease of the ear, nose and throat, with a high incidence and a large number of diseases, especially in children.

　　Experimental method: 1. After the model mouse is anesthetized, use a microsyringe to inject lipopolysaccharide once into each ear bubble under aseptic conditions, and sacrifice for sampling 48 hours after the injection. 2. Judge the model through pathological HE staining analysis.
