Disease introduction: Tibial plateau fractures are common clinical intra-articular fractures, with complex fracture shapes, postoperative internal fixation failure and fracture reduction loss and other complications.

Experimental animals: SD rats (12-16 weeks)

Experimental method: 1. After the model rat is anesthetized, fix it on its side, and open the skin 1.5-2cm at the middle and upper 1/3 junction of the anterolateral tibial shaft to expose the tibial shaft. 2. Using a scalpel to cut back and forth horizontally to cause a fracture, use a 0.8mm Kirschner wire (length 17mm) to inject the Kirschner wire retrograde upwards, and then into the tibial shaft anteriorly. After fixing, sterilize and suture. 3. Pathological Micro CT judgment model.
