[Animal modeling]- Analysis of biochemical indicators of type 2 diabetes and its micro blood specific signs and distribution analysis animal models

Objective To summarize the experimental data of type 2 diabetes and its microvascular complications in rats and mice, and analyze its biochemical indicators, so as to provide theoretical reference for future related experiments.

Methods "Type 2 diabetes", "diabetes nephropathy", "diabetes foot", "diabetes retinopathy" and other subject words were searched on CNKI and PubMed database, and the journal literature related to T2DM and microvascular complications in clinical and animal experiments published from October 31, 2019 to October 31, 2022 was screened out, Establish a database for statistical analysis.

Results A total of 510 articles were screened and included, of which fasting blood glucose was the biochemical index used at high frequency in T2DM experiment, urinary protein level was the related index used at high frequency in diabetes nephropathy experiment, and serum inflammatory factors were the biochemical index used in diabetes foot and diabetes retinopathy experiment.

Conclusion: This study explores the frequency of biochemical indicators used in T2DM and its microvascular complications experiments, which can provide important reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases and the development of animal experiments.
