1. Animal modeling materials: rats, mice, or guinea pigs; Medication: Ammonium chloride.
2. Method of modeling: Animals in the modeling group were intraperitoneally injected with 0.6ml/100g of ammonium chloride (rat, drug concentration 6%), 0.15ml/10g of body weight (mouse, drug concentration 3%), and 0.5-0.7ml/kg (guinea pig, drug concentration 6%).
3. Modeling principle: Ammonium chloride poisoning leads to pulmonary edema in animals.
4. Changes after modeling After modeling, the animals appeared muscle weakness, overexcitation, extensive muscle bundle tremor, twitching and coma, and also dyspnea, wheezing, respiratory failure, and bleeding foam like liquid from nostrils and oral cavity.
