Animal modeling drug efficacy screening anti pulmonary antibody injection induced pulmonary fibrosis model

  1. Animal modeling materials: rats, rabbits; Medication: Rabbit antiserum.

  2. Modeling method: Grind rat lung tissue into homogenate and immunize rabbits with ultrasound treatment to prepare rabbit antiserum. Inject 15mg/ml of immunoglobulin extracted from this serum into the trachea of normal rats.

  3. Modeling principle: Anti lung antibodies lead to pulmonary fibrosis in animals.

  4. Changes after modeling: After modeling, the animal's lungs showed inflammation. After 6 months, the inflammatory response almost subsided, and the lungs showed significant fibrosis.
