[Animal modeling - Pharmacodynamic evaluation] - Alcohol induced acute liver injury model

  1. Animal modeling materials: Rats weighing 200-250g, or mice weighing 25-30g, regardless of gender; Medicine: 56 degree Baijiu.

  2. The model was made by intraperitoneal injection of 56 degree Baijiu. Rats were given 7ml/kg body weight each time (mice were given 16ml/kg body weight each time) twice a day for 2 weeks.

  3. Principle of modeling: Alcohol causes acute liver injury.

  4. Changes after modeling: Animals in the modeling group showed hepatic steatosis, mild ballooning, and inflammatory cell infiltration.
