1. Animal modeling materials: Rats, weighing 200-250g, regardless of gender; Medication: Pyrazole, liquid feed containing total nutrients and alcohol (Lieber Decarli liquid feed).
2. Modeling method: Rats were fed liquid feed containing total nutrients and alcohol with pyrazole for 12 weeks.
3. Principle of modeling: Pyrazole and alcohol cause chronic liver injury.
4. Changes after modeling: The modeling rats showed severe ballooning of liver cells around the central vein, necrosis of liver cells infiltrated by monocytes, thickening of the central vein and fibrosis around it, as well as fibrosis around liver cells. The lesions were mainly alcoholic hepatitis.
