【 Animal Modeling Pharmacodynamic Evaluation 】 - Non feeding induced hyperlipidemia animal model in mice

  1. Animal modeling materials: Kunming mice, male, weighing 18-22g; Medication: Triton WR-1339.

  2. Method of modeling: Administer Triton WR-1339 intravenously or intraperitoneally, with intravenous injection of 400mg/kg once.

  3. Principle of modeling: Extracorporeal administration of Triton WR-1339 can cause hyperlipidemia in mice.

  4. Changes after modeling: After intravenous injection of medication for 3 hours, a significant increase in serum lipids can be observed. After 5-6 hours, serum TC can increase by more than twice, reaching a peak at around 12 hours, and still higher than normal at 72 hours. However, it has no significant effect on liver TC and TG content.
