[Animal modeling - Drug efficacy evaluation] - Verapamil induced bradycardia model

  1. Modeling material animals: mice, weighing 25-40g, both male and female; Medication: 10% urinary ester, verapamil; Equipment: Biological function experimental system.

  2. Animal modeling method: Anesthetize animals with 10% urea ester 2mg/g, and inject verapamil 8 μ g/g (concentration of 2.5mg/ml) into the tail vein.

  3. Modeling principle: Verapamil induces arrhythmia and establishes an animal model.

  4. After modeling and injection, there is a latent period of about 10 seconds, during which bradycardia and second or third degree atrioventricular block occur, mainly bradycardia, which can last for about 10 minutes.
