1. Modeling material animal: mouse; Drug: a mixture of 96.2% N2 and 3.8% O2 gas, pure CO2, NaNO2; Instrument: a sealed jar.
2. Immediately after training the modeling method, place the mice in a closed jar and introduce a mixture of 96.2% N2 and 3.8% O2 gas until the animal falls to the ground and loses consciousness. Animals can also inhale pure CO2 or receive subcutaneous injection of 120mg/kg NaNO2. Test will be conducted 24 hours later.
3. The principle of modeling causes brain hypoxia, which destroys memory retention and leads to memory consolidation disorders.
4. After modeling, the general changes were retested using a jumping platform experiment. Compared with the control group, the incubation period of the modeling animals was significantly shortened, the number of errors within 5 minutes increased significantly, and memory was no longer maintained.
