[Animal Modeling Drug Efficacy Evaluation]- Histone Phosphate Induced Peptic Ulcer Model

  1. Modeling material animals: rats, weighing 180-260g; Drug: Histamine phosphate.

  2. Modeling method: Rats were fasted for 24 hours and subcutaneously injected with 30mg/kg of histamine phosphate in the abdomen. The injection was repeated 2 hours later, and the animals were euthanized 3 hours later.

  3. The principle of modeling is that drugs can cause ulcers in animals.

  4. Changes after modeling: Ulcers may occur in the esophagus, stomach, duodenum, etc. of animals after modeling.
