【 Operation steps 】 New Zealand rabbit, weighing about 2.5kg. Inject 10ml of standard crude E. coli endotoxin (containing 5 × 10 of E. coli per milliliter to the 7th power) intravenously, followed by 10ml intravenously after 6-24h. After the second injection, diffuse intravascular coagulation is induced.
【 Result analysis 】 Model animals showed significant or sustained decrease in platelets; Sudden decrease in white blood cell count; Significant or sustained decrease in fibrinogen; Accelerated fibrinolysis or decreased plasminogen; Significant decrease in prothrombin content or prothrombin time of more than 3 seconds; Partial thromboplastin time from clay is more than 5 seconds. Internal organ congestion, edema, focal bleeding or necrosis; Slices of the lungs, kidneys, brain, heart, liver, spleen, thymus, adrenal gland, etc., with no less than 3 fibrin thrombi or platelet fibrin thrombi.
【 Precautions 】 Not all of the above situations may occur. If 2 or more of the 5 clinical manifestations appear, 3 or more of the 6 laboratory tests appear, and 2 pathological anatomical lesions are confirmed, it can be classified as disseminated intravascular coagulation model. Autopsy should be conducted within 2 hours after death. Before dying or execution, anti fibrinolytic drugs such as aminocaproic acid (1-2g) or hemostatic aromatic acid (0.1-0.2g) should be injected to prevent secondary fibrinolysis after death and make pathological examination less likely to detect microthrombi.
