　　Recently, Scopus' official website updated the July 2025 journal catalog, and 5 journals were removed; 34 new journals were added.

　　In this list of "Discontinued Titles", theranostics (influence factor 13.3) of the TOP medical journal of the Chinese Academy of Sciences District 1 is also included. This means that since the journal was removed by Scopus, newly published articles will no longer be included and retrieved by the database. (⚠ Note: Theranostics remains in normal retrieval status in SCIE, and this time it only affects the inclusion of the Scopus database.)

　　The Scopus database is a database launched by Elsevier in November 2004. It is currently the world's largest abstract and citation database for peer-reviewed literature (scientific journals, books and conference records). Scopus provides a comprehensive overview of global research results in science, technology, medicine, social sciences, arts and humanities, and provides intelligent tools for tracking, analyzing and visualizing research. To ensure that the content included in the Scopus database accurately reflects the latest developments and high-quality research results in the current academic community, Elsevier will update it regularly.

　　Theranostics is a comprehensive medical academic journal focusing on the intersection of therapeutics and diagnostics. It was founded in 2011 and published by Ivyspring International Publisher. The journal’s founding editor is Academician Chen Xiaoyuan from the National University of Singapore, and he is also the current editor-in-chief of the journal. Academician Chen Xiaoyuan has a wide influence in the academic community, and his research areas cover the research and development and clinical transformation of innovative diagnostic and therapeutic drugs. The journal has a wide range of submissions, covering original research papers and review articles in the fields of in vitro and in vitro molecular diagnosis, tumor therapy, targeted therapy, biological therapy, nanomedicine, translational medicine, and basic biomedicine. Theranostics is an open access (OA) journal whose layout costs vary by article type. According to the official website of the journal, the layout fee for research papers, reviews, short research reports, errata and other article types is 5,000 Australian dollars. 　　[Journal Status] ESCI&Scopus were both removed.

　　5.Fizjoterapia Polska

　　At present, Scopus has not disclosed the specific reasons for the removal of Theranostics, but combined with previous years' cases, high self-citation, abnormal citation networks, or database adjustments related to specific publishers may be potential factors.
