Objective The incidence rate of coronary microvascular disease is increasing year by year. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that CMVD belongs to the category of "collaterals" in traditional Chinese medicine, and the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis is the main syndrome type of CMVD. However, there is no report on the animal model of the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis of CMVD at present. Therefore, this study explores the establishment and evaluation of the rat model of coronary microvascular disease with the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis.
Method: 45 male SD rats were randomly divided into a sham surgery group, a coronary microvascular disease group, and a coronary microvascular disease Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome group, with 15 rats in each group. Animals in the coronary microvascular disease group with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly assigned 14 to 16 hours of sleep deprivation per day for 6 weeks, and a rat model of Qi deficiency syndrome was replicated; The animals in the sham surgery group and the coronary microvascular disease group were raised normally for 6 weeks. After 6 weeks of the experiment, rats in the coronary microvascular disease group and the coronary microvascular disease group with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were anesthetized and thoracotomy was performed to inject embolic microspheres (40-120) into the left ventricle μ m) The sham surgery group animals underwent open chest surgery but did not receive injection of embolic microspheres. 7 days after surgery, relevant detection indicators were measured in each group.
As a result, compared with the sham surgery group, the left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular shortening rate were significantly reduced in the coronary microvascular disease group, while the activities of creatine kinase MB isoenzyme (CK-MB) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) were significantly increased.
