【 Animal modeling 】 - The effect of Qinji Liangxue mixture on similar animal models of hemorrhoid disease

  Objective: To explore the mechanism of Qinji Liangxue mixture in combating hemorrhoids.

  Method: Acute hemorrhoid animal models in rats were prepared using croton oil preparations and glacial acetic acid. Eighty SD female rats were randomly divided into COP group and glacial acetic acid group, with 40 rats in each group. COP group, randomly divided into control group 1 (CA group), model group 1 (CB group), QLM low-dose group 1 ⁃ 1 (CC group), QLM high-dose group 1 ⁃ 2 (CD group), Diosmin group 1 (CE group), with 8 mice in each group; The acetic acid group was randomly divided into control group 2 (GA group), model group 2 (GB group), QLM low-dose group 2-1 (GC group), QLM high-dose group 2-2 (GD group), and Diosmin group 2 (GE group), with 8 mice in each group. Except for the control group, all other groups were treated with COP or acetic acid, followed by treatment with different drugs for 7 days. Using hematoxylin eosin (HE) staining to observe the morphology of colorectal tissue induced by COP and acetic acid, and using ELISA to detect serum IL-6 and TNF in rats induced by COP α  Horizontal, record the area of perianal ulcers induced by acetic acid in rats. 24 C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into a control group (Group A), a low-dose QLM group (Group B), a high-dose QLM group (Group C), and an Adrenal Color Hydrazone Tablet group (Group D), with 6 mice in each group. The hemostatic effect of QLM was evaluated using capillary and tail cutting methods for 7 consecutive days of treatment.

  As a result, QLM can significantly improve the pathological damage in animal models of hemorrhoids, reduce the severity score of COP induced lesions (P<0.05), and lower serum IL-6 and TNF levels α  Horizontal (P<0.05), reducing the area of perianal ulcers induced by acetic acid (P<0.05), shortening coagulation and bleeding time (P<0.05).

  Conclusion: QLM has good anti hemorrhoid activity, and its effect may be achieved through anti-inflammatory, hemostatic, and reduced tissue damage.
