[Animal modeling]- sulfur dioxide induced chronic bronchitis model in mice

  Method 1

  1. Animal modeling materials: mice, weighing 18-25g; Drug: S0:; Equipment: fumigation box.

  2. Modeling method: Model mice were induced to inhale 2% SO2 for 10 seconds per day for 60 days.

  3. The principle of modeling is to establish a chronic bronchitis model by inhaling SO2 to cause tracheal injury and inflammation in animals.

  4. Changes after modeling: Bronchial lesions appeared 14 to 18 days after modeling, and severe tracheitis lesions appeared 27 days later.

  Method 2

  1. Animal modeling materials: mice, weighing 18-25g; Medication: SO2; Equipment: fumigation box.

  2. Modeling method: Model mice were induced to inhale 1% SO2 for 20 seconds per day for 25 days.

  3. The principle of modeling is to establish a chronic bronchitis model by inhaling SO2 to cause tracheal injury and inflammation in animals.

  4. Changes after modeling: Chronic bronchitis lesions appeared after 20 days of modeling.
