1. Modeling material animals: Healthy male rats weighing 100-150g; Drug: Puromycin.
2. Modeling method: The modeling animals were placed in metabolic cages and fed. Each animal was subcutaneously injected with 15mg/kg (0.5%) puromycin solution once a day for 8 consecutive days.
3. Modeling principle: Purimycin can cause kidney damage.
4. After modeling, proteinuria usually occurs within 5-7 days and reaches its peak within 2 weeks, showing typical symptoms of nephrotic syndrome. The model stabilizes after 4 weeks.
