　　2025年9月，中国医科大学附属盛京医院 (第一单位) 与 中国医科大学附属第一医院 (通讯单位) Qing Guo 团队在 Advanced Science 发表论文《Histone Lactylation‐Driven Upregulation of VRK1 Expression Promotes Stemness and Proliferation of Glioma Stem Cells》。作者主动通告期刊方，指出在基因筛选过程 (GSE145699 数据集) 中存在非故意的统计学错误。复核发现，当应用不同的配对策略进行配对 t 检验时，目标基因 VRK1 并未持续达到统计学显著性。该统计不稳定性破坏了基因选择步骤 (Results 2.2) 的可靠性，进而导致基于此的核心结论无法成立。文章状态为 已撤稿 (Retracted)。
